Scope of work

Relief Experts (UDER) has been established in April 2018 to provide education and health services, and to give social and psychological support to people who were affected by war and to provide financial and moral help to widows and orphans. The specific activities that UDER’s licence in Turkey include:

  • Conducting researches to activate and develop its activities.
  • Organizing courses, seminars, conferences and panels to develop and improve the association’s activities.
  • Establishing a documentation center to provide any kind of document such as information and any other documents. In addition to publishing publications like newspaper, magazines, books and bulletins to announce its activities within the plan of its goals.
  • Collecting financial support, accepting donations in or out of the country after taking needed permissions.
  • Establishing and operating economic, commercial and industrial enterprises to maintain the revenues required for fulfillment of the association’s goals.
  • Opening and furnishing local, social and cultural facilities for the utilization of the members and to improve value of their leisure time.
  • Procurement of movable, real state and assets to achieve the associations goals.
  • Establishing foundations or federations in Turkey or abroad, after taking needed permissions, or joining an established federation to achieve the goals of the association.
  • Participating in international activities or becoming a member in foreign associations or foundations in addition to cooperation in projects or sharing aid.
  • Joining shared projects with public foundations and establishments that have the same duties according to the Public Institutions of Associations and Foundations code No. 5027 to achieve the association’s goals.
  • Establishing a financial state, in addition, to give short-term loans to support its members’ daily needs like food, clothing …etc.
  • Opening representative offices in needed places.
  • Organizing platforms with other associations, institutions, syndicates etc. which are interested in association’s goals and according to legally allowed fields.
  • Carrying out any activities, which the Turkish law does not prohibit, that are required for the purpose of achieving its goals.
